Day 1 : Adelaide - Ballarat
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at our Aust-wide tours depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 7.30am departure. We take Highway 8 all the way through to Ballarat. Our morning tea stop will be at Tailem Bend (own cost). Lunch will be at Nhill (own cost). Our final destination will be Ballarat ()
Sovereign Park Motor Inn.

Day 2 : Ballarat - Ballarat
After a cooked breakfast we make our way to Sovereign Hill. Sovereign Hill is the town's primary tourist attraction, drawing over 500,000 visitors a year. It is a 35-acre open-air museum established in 1970 near the site of the first gold strike. Our next stop is lunch (own cost) in the city centre where we have time to wander and grab a bite to eat. After lunch we take a tour of Ballarat learning of the historical and architectural aspects of the city. We visit the Adam Lindsay Gordon cottage in the beautiful botanical gardens and Lake Wendouree. We make our way back to the motel and freshen up before dinner. After dinner we travel out to see the Blood on the Southern Cross sound and light show to finish of the evening. (B D)

Day 3 : Ballarat - Melbourne - Ballarat
After our hearty breakfast we travel the Western Highway through to Melbourne, where we visit the Queen Victoria Markets, with time to wander about and maybe pick up a bargain or two. Time to have a drive, we drive past Spencer Street and Flinders Street Stations, The Melbourne Cricket Ground. We visit the Melbourne Aquarium. The Melbourne Aquarium offers four amazing world’s filled with beautiful and unique aquatic animals. Start your journey in the stunning Antarctic exhibit home to cheeky Gentoo and King Penguins and now Australia’s first Gentoo penguin chicks. Prepare to be surprised by the truly Weird and Wonderful then journey from River to Reef then returning to Ballarat with have time to freshen up before dinner. (B D)

Day 4 : Ballarat - Creswick - Ballarat
Today we make our way to Creswick and visit the Creswick Woollen Mills. And have a tour. Our experience entails “A Very Fine Yarn” showcases the journey of fibre; all the way from its source on the alpaca, through the manufacturing process and how it ends up on the shop shelf. We will be having lunch while we are at the mills in the café. We will have to meet our resident alpacas and purchase Australian products made right at the Mill. Traveling back to Ballarat and we have time to Visit the Eureka Centre. The Eureka Centre engages visitors in the compelling story of democracy. Stories are told of the ordinary men and women, past and present, who have fought for the democratic freedoms which Australians enjoy today. We then make our way back to the motel for dinner. Day 5 : Ballarat - Adelaide
After our final cooked breakfast we farewell our hosts at the motel and return home with fond memories of touring and fun with places and friends, new and old. On the way home we return through Horsham for and ont Bordetown for lunch (own cost). Continuing our homeward journey with comfort stops along the way, arriving in Adelaide approximately 6.00pm. (B)
