Day 1 : Adelaide - Port Augusta - Wilpena
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at Our Aust-wide tours Depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 7.30am departure. We travel through Port Wakefield, Snowtown to Port Augusta where we visit the Wadlata Outback Centre and step back in time and travel through to modern times.  Lunch is own cost.  After lunch we travel through the Pichi Richi Pass to Quorn, onto Hawker, and  Wilpean, with time to freshen up before dinner. Day 2 : Wilpena - Blinman - Wilpena
This morning we make our way to Brachina Gorge. Brachina Gorge meanders its way through sharp sawtooth ridges of resistant quartzite. This spectacular gorge was once used as a pass-through which bullock teams pulled their loads and is now a favourite picnic and camping area. “Brachina”. We take a break at Parrachilna, before we continue our journey to Blinman, which follows Parachilna Gorge as it snakes through the Heysen and ABC ranges. Spectacular summits and rock formations. We take a break at Blinman (lunch supplied)). After lunch we make our way e past the Great Wall of China, Stokes & Hucks Lookouts and into Wilpena After settling into our overnight accommodation at the Wilpena Pound Resort you can catch a mini bus, which takes you part-way into the “pound”.  If desired we walk the rest of the way to the Hills Homestead, the original home in the pound. (own cost) Another option is to take a flight around the “Pound” (approximately $195 p.p. for 30 minutes ~ own cost ~ longer flights may be available at extra cost. (B L D)

Day 3 : Wilpena - Arkaroola
After our breakfast we farewell Wilpena, pack the coach and travel some outback roads down past several Homesteads including Blinam Mulga View, and Wirrealpa before we reach Arkaroola. On arrival we will have lunch before our thrilling ride of a life time, on the famous Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary Ridge Top Tour, where we will learn some of the history of the sanctuary and visit several lookouts  including Sillers Lookout with its spectacular views across the plains, traveling back for dinner. Day 4 : Arkaroola - Leigh Creek
We farewell Arkaroola and make our way to Copley for a lunch break (own cost). After lunch we make our way to Lyndhurst. We visit an outback legend called Talc Alf.  Alf's home is just outside Lyndhurst and is a treasure trove of surreal art, surprisingly beautiful sculptures, random bits of discarded machinery, cars and assorted oddities. Boarding the coach we then travel to Leigh Creek and visit Aroona Dam. The Aroona dam was built across Scott Creek to provide water for Leigh Creek. Its location in a beautiful valley makes it a stunning scenic attraction. Time upon us to check into the Leigh Creek Hotel ()

Day 5 : Leigh Creek - Adelaide
We pack the coach and make our way back to Adelaide via Orroroo, Jamestown and Clare with comfort stops along the way.  Arriving in Adelaide at approx. 5.30 where your car will be waiting to take you home ()
