At 150 kilometres long and 55 kilometres wide, the island is Australia's third largest. Morning tea is available for purchase on the boat. Once on Kangaroo Island our first visit is to Cliffords Honey Farm to view some glass hives of the "purest strain" of Ligurian bees in the world, and taste some honey. We then visit Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Oil Distillery, and see the distilling process. We stop at the Parndana Community Club for a well-earned lunch break (supplied). Our packed day continues with a visit the Parndana Wildlife Park. We make our way to the motel with time to freshen up before dinner and retiring in your own time. (L D)
