Child Under 14yrs Tour Includes: Coach Travel From Adelaide Morning Tea,  Guided Zoo Tour       The zoo was created in 1983 on land owned by the state government as a closed-to-the-public, purpose breeding area and endangered species sanctuary. In 1990, a study was undertaken to determine the feasibility of allowing public access to the zoo, and by 1993 it had been developed into a large educational facility, open to the public. Some of the major habitat exhibits have been developed, including the Asian steppes, arid north Africa, African plains, and Asian grasslands.  We explore the park in our own coach, driving through the large open-range exhibits, you will get to see our amazing animals in a natural setting and hear more from our passionate guides.   LUNCH AT THE ZOO (OWN COST)   Then there is time to wander on some of the trails.     DEPARTS 122 MULLER RD, HAMPSTEAD GARDENS 8.15am (Start boarding 8.00am OR NORTH TCE (in front of Intercontinental Hotel), Adelaide  9.00am (boarding 8.45) RETURNING APPROX. 4.30pm
