Day 4 : American River - Seal Bay - American River
After a cooked breakfast pick up your camera and board the coach and start the day’s touring with a visit to Seal Bay. It is one of the only places in the world where you can stroll through the seal colony. The guides have made studying the magnificent Australian sea lion their life’s work. A guided beach tour does not follow a standardised script. Instead your guide will be interpreting sea lion behaviour and what is happening in the colony. Our next stop is Cliffords Honey Farm to view some glass hives of the "purest strain" of Ligurian bees in the world and taste some honey.  We then travel back to Kingscote for some lunch (own cost). After lunch we have time to visit Emu Bay where there is a working lavender farm now open all year round. They are busy planting, pruning, propagating, and making our in-house Emu Bay Lavender products. Time to wander back to the motel for dinner. (B D)
