Day 1 : Adelaide - Ballarat
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at our Aust-wide tours depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 7.30am departure.  We take Highway 8 all the way through to Ballarat.  Our morning tea stop will be at Tailem Bend (own cost).  Lunch will be at Nhill (own cost).  Our final destination will be Ballarat (D)

Day 2 : Ballarat - Ballarat
After a cooked breakfast we make our way to Sovereign Hill.  Sovereign Hill is the town's primary tourist attraction, drawing over 500,000 visitors a year. It is a 35-acre open-air museum established in 1970 near the site of the first gold strike. Our next stop is lunch (own cost) in the city centre where we have time to wander and grab a bite to eat. After lunch we take a tour of Ballarat learning of the historical and architectural aspects of the city.  We visit the Adam Lindsay Gordon cottage in the beautiful botanical gardens and Lake Wendouree. We make our way back to the motel and freshen up before dinner. After dinner we travel out to see the Blood on the Southern Cross sound and light show to finish of the evening. (B,D)
 
 
Day 3 : Ballarat - Melbourne - Ballarat
After another hearty breakfast we board the coach and travel to Melbourne, where we visit the Melbourne International Garden Show. We wander around the many displays including garden settings and the old Heritage-Listed Royal Exhibition Building gardens. This is a must see event for all ages. Looking at the many wonderful flower displays here we will have plenty of time to wander as you wish among the many purpose built gardens and those laid for this event. The Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show is a celebration of Australian lifestyle and our great outdoors. The day continues with some sightseeing as we make our way past Colonial Stadium, the National Tennis Centre and Fitzroy Gardens. We drive past Spencer Street and Flinders Street Stations, the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Rialto Towers. With the day almost over we make our way back to Ballarat and have time to freshen up before dinner (B D)
 
 
Day 4 : Ballarat - Bendigo - Ballarat
After Breaky we bord the coach and make our way to Bendigo. Today we see the ELVIS Exhibition. Direct from the Graceland archive, the exhibition features a wide range of costumes and ultra-cool outfits, vintage memorabilia, and treasured items from his beloved Graceland home.  Fashion highlights include Elvis and Priscilla’s wedding outfits, the repurposed ’68 Special costume he wore to meet President Nixon, the diamond-encrusted Maltese cross necklace designed by Linda Thompson, and a dazzling array of Vegas jumpsuits.  Personal treasures include his gold telephone, karate gi, his first-grade crayon box from Tupelo and much more. We have time for a wander for lunch in the city centre, After lunch we visit the Golden Dragon Museum for a guided tour and some stories of the early Chinese history,  The Golden Dragon Museum is a living history of the Chinese people of Bendigo and now as the hub of Chinese cultural activity in Australia the museum allows visitors to experience first-hand Chinese arts, history and culture.as well as the museum and its wonderful dragons, processional regalia, stunning textiles and other treasures. Boarding the coach, we make our way back to Ballarat. (B D)
 
 
Day 5 : Ballarat - Adelaide
After our final cooked breakfast we farewell our hosts at the motel and return home with fond memories of touring and fun with places and friends, new and old.  On the way home we return through Horsham and Bordetown for lunch (own cost). Continuing our homeward journey with comfort stops along the way, arriving in Adelaide approximately 6.00pm. (B)
