Day 1 : Adelaide - Ballarat
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at our Aust-wide tours depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 7.30am departure.  We take Highway 8 all the way through to Ballarat.  Our morning tea stop will be at Tailem Bend (own cost).  Lunch will be at Nhill (own cost).  Our final destination will be Ballarat (D)

Day 2 : Ballarat - Melbourne - Ballarat
After our hearty breakfast we travel the Western Highway through to Melbourne, where we visit the Queen Victoria Markets, with time to wander about and maybe pick up a bargain or two. The day continues with some sightseeing. We make our way past Colonial Stadium, the National Tennis Centre, Fitzroy Gardens, Spencer Street and Flinders Street Stations, The Melbourne Cricket Ground and Rialto Towers.  Before returning to Ballarat we visit the Eureka Skydeck. The Eureka Experience was created to reach for the sky, nothing you have ever experienced will prepare you for the awe inspiring view of Melbourne from the Southern Hemisphere's highest viewing platform. We then return to Ballarat with time to freshen up before dinner. (B D)
 
 
Day 3 : Christmas in Ballarat
MERRY CHRISTMAS ~ This morning we have breakfast with Father Xmas who stops off from his very busy international schedule to personally present us with our gifts.   We then spend some free time attending church or own activities before returning to Ballarat for Christmas lunch. After lunch we have free time to relax before a light evening meal.  . (B L D)
 
 
Day 4 : Ballarat - Ballarat
After breakfast we make our way to Sovereign Hill.  Sovereign Hill is the town's primary tourist attraction, drawing over 500,000 visitors a year. It is a 35-acre open-air museum established in 1970 near the site of the first gold strike. Our next stop is lunch (own cost) in the city centre where we have time to wander and grab a bite to eat. After lunch we visit the Botanical garden which features, Robert Clark Conservatory, Prime Ministers Avenue and Adam Lindsay Gordon cottage in the beautiful botanical gardens and Lake Wendouree. Our last stop of the day is Ballarat Vintage & Collectables Market located on the Western Highway at Warrenheip, just outside of Ballarat. It offers an amazing array of over 80 Vintage stalls under one roof. We then meander back to the motel. (B D)
 
 
Day 5 : Ballarat - Adelaide
After our final cooked breakfast we farewell our hosts at the motel and return home with fond memories of touring and fun with places and friends, new and old.  On the way home we return through Horsham and Bordertown for lunch (own cost). Continuing our homeward journey with comfort stops along the way, arriving in Adelaide approximately 6.00pm. (B)
