Day 1
: Adelaide - Ballarat
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at our Aust-wide tours depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 7.30am departure. We take Highway 8 all the way through to Ballarat. Our morning tea stop will be at Tailem Bend (own cost). Lunch will be at Nhill (own cost). Our final destination will be Ballarat (D)

Day 2
: Ballarat - Lakes Entrance
After our hearty breakfast we board the coach and travel the Western Highway through Melbourne, where we join the Princess Highway and travel through Pakenham and Morwell where we have our lunch break (own cost). After lunch we travel through to Bairnsdale to view St Mary's Roman Catholic Church. It looks more like an Italian church than an Australian one. The reason: an Italian painter named Francesco Floriani, who worked in the area during the Depression, was commissioned to paint the interior of the church. The result features murals, stations of the cross, and a ceiling which features hundreds of figures in its contrasting depictions of heaven and hell.Then continuing to Lakes Entrance. This will be our home for the night. Time to settle into our rooms before dinner and retiring in your own time (B D)

Day 3
: Lakes Entrance - Lakes Entrance
After our hearty breakfast we board the coach and head for the Shell Museum featuring one of Australia's largest shell collections. Lunch time (own cost) and time to wander around.After lunch we board the Thunderbird Catamaran for our cruise on the Lake King, one of Australia's biggest inland waterways. An informative commentary on the lake and area makes this cruise one of the highlights of the tour. We return to the motel with time to freshen up before dinner. (B D)
Day 4
: Lakes Entrance - Merimbula
This morning we board the coach and make our way to Eden. On the way we cross the Snowy River at Orbost and have a cuppa at Cann River. On arrival in Eden we have time for lunch (own cost) before we visit the Killer Whale Museum. The Killer Whale Museum is one of the finest regional museums in Australia. The building depicts the history of whaling in the local area. Perhaps the highlight of the exhibition is the skeleton of a killer whale known as 'Tom' who was responsible for herding other whales into Twofold Bay. Next we have a cruise on Twofold Bay viewing, Boyds Tower, Boydstown, Woodchip Mill and Naval wharf. All relaxed from the cruise we board the coach and make our way to Merimbula with time to freshen up before dinner. (B D)

Day 5
: Merimbula - Batemans Bay
We farewell Eden and make our way to Bega, home of the Bega Cheese Factory and Heritage Centre, we have time to view the gallery and museum and even time to try a scones jam and cream, before continuing north through Narooma, Bodala and Moruya the centre of a lush dairy farming area Moruya (population 2520) is a coastal town reliant upon timber, dairying, cattle, vegetables, fish, oysters and tourism for its sustenance. Lunch will be at Moruya (own cost) Boarding the coach we make our way to Mogo Village to let you wander the specialist shops then onto the motel. (B D)

Day 6
: Batemans Bay - Batemans Bay
Today we make our way to Mogo Zoo. Open seven days a week, it specialises in endangered species - snow leopards, red pandas, Bengal and Siberian tigers, ring-tailed lemurs, cottontop tamarins, white-handed gibbons. Our day continues with a cruise on the Clyde River. one of the most scenic waterways in Australia. Enjoy scrumptious fish, chips and salad, served on board, The rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy the shops and scenery meeting together for dinner at the motel. ()
Day 7
: Batemans Bay - Wagga Wagga - Hay
After breakfast it’s time to pack the coach and farewell our hosts from the motel and Batemans Bay and travel back through Bungandore, Yass, Gundagai and Wagga Wagga for lunch (own cost). Travelling on through Narrandera to Hay for our overnight stop. Dinner tonight will be at the motel. (B D)

Day 8
: Hay - Adelaide - Home
After our last cooked breakfast for the tour we pack the coach and make our way through to Mildura for our lunch stop (own cost). Continuing along through Renmark, Waikerie and Truro to Adelaide (approx 6 pm) where we all say goodbye until we see each other on another tour. Your cars will be waiting to take you home. (B)
