Home Pick up and Return
Day 1
: Adelaide - Port Augusta - Hawker
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at our Aust-wide tours depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 9am departure. We travel north on Highway 1 to Port Wakefield, where we stop for morning tea (supplied by Aust-wide Tours). Moving on through Lochiel, Snowtown and Redhill to Port Pirie and onto Port Augusta for lunch (own cost). We visit the Wadlata Outback Centre where we can experience a trip back in time to trace the history of the Outback to the modern day. After lunch we continue through Quorn and onto Hawker Hotel/Motel which will be our home for the next three nights. (B D)

Day 2
: Hawker - Wilpena - Blinman - Hawker
After our hearty breakfast we start the touring for the day. We tour through to Wilpena Pound for morning tea and visit the information centre. An informative short flight over and around Wilpena Pound may be arranged by us at extra cost. Moving on we travel on to see the Stokes lookout, Great Wall of China and the well-known town of Blinman where we have lunch (included). After lunch we see other spectacular scenery and an abundance of wildlife while making our way through Parachilna Gorge and Brachina Gorge before travelling back to Hawker for the evening. (B L D)
Day 3
: Hawker - Quorn - Hawker
After breaky we load up and head for Quorn where we go for a ride on the historic steam train line of the Pichi Richi Railway through to Woolshed Flat. Here tea and scones can be had by all (own expense) before we return. On completion of this marvellous trip, we have time for lunch (own cost). After Lunch we visit The Kanyaka Ruins. The ruins of the Kanyaka Station complex, including the nearby woolshed and cemetery, and the stone walling. Moving along we make our way to the Jeff Morgan Gallery, where we have time to view the magnificent Paintings of Jeff’s including Wilpena Panorama, Arkaroola Water hole, Siller's Lookout and Ron’s Creek. Then its time to make our way to the motel for dinner. ()
Day 4
: Hawker - Peterborough - Adelaide
After packing the coach, we hop aboard and make our way to Peterborough via Carrieton and Orroroo. We visit Steam town, an amazing insight into historic locomotives, carriages and other interesting freight vehicles. You’ll be transported back to the glamorous 1920’s when train travel was the most elegant way to get around - passengers settling themselves into a First Class Lounge car, sipping a long, cool drink while being entertained by the on board pianist. Lunchtime is in Peterborough (included). After lunch we make our way back to Adelaide and arriving at 5.30pm where your cars will be waiting to take you home. ()
