HOME PICK UP AND RETURN
Day 1
: Adelaide - Ballarat
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at our Aust-wide tours depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 7.30am departure. We take Highway 8 all the way through to Ballarat. Our morning tea stop will be at Tailem Bend (own cost). Lunch will be at Nhill (own cost). Our final destination will be Ballarat (D)

Day 2
: Ballarat - Creswick - Ballarat
Today we make our way to Creswick and visit the Creswick Woollen Mills. And have a tour. Our experience entails “A Very Fine Yarn” showcases the journey of fibre; all the way from its source on the alpaca, through the manufacturing process and how it ends up on the shop shelf. We will Make our way back to Ballarat for a break for lunch. After lunch we visit Ballarat Vintage & Collectables Market, where every day is a treasure hunt! They have brought together an amazing array with over 80 stalls that offer a range of goods to suit all tastes. Whether you're looking for vintage, retro, collectables, antiques, furniture, and our final stop for the day is the Eureka Centre. The Eureka Centre engages visitors in the compelling story of democracy. Stories are told of the ordinary men and women, past and present, who have fought for the democratic freedoms which Australians enjoy today. We then make our way back to the motel for dinner. (B D)
Day 3
: Begonia Day
Today we visit the Ballarat Begonia Festival. Regional Victoria's largest flower festival, the Ballarat Begonia Festival, attracts more than 60,000 spectators annually. Held on the Victorian Labour Day long weekend this three-day event has something for everyone. Flowers, celebrity gardeners, markets, entertainment, kids' activities and a community parade. This afternoon we visit Sovereign Hill. It is a living museum presenting the story of Ballarat as a gold rush boomtown. Gold was discovered here in 1851, triggering the greatest alluvial gold rush the world has ever known. Explore the Museum, cosplay as a gold rush character inside their 1850s photography studio, pan for gold on the diggings, hop onto a coach ride, see live rare trades demonstrations, try the iconic Raspberry Drops handcrafted only at Sovereign Hill, browse the shops We make our way back to the motel to freshen up before dinner. Day 4
: Ballarat - Adelaide
After our final cooked breakfast we farewell our hosts at the motel and return home with fond memories of touring and fun with places and friends, new and old. On the way home we return through Horsham and Bordertown for lunch (own cost). Continuing our homeward journey with comfort stops along the way, arriving in Adelaide approximately 6.00pm. (B)
