Day 1
: Adelaide - Portland
Your chauffered car will pick you up from home and drop you at Our Aust-wide tours Depot 101 Muller Rd Hampstead Gardens for our 7.30am departure. Time to head off for 4 days of sightseeing and fun. Today’s route takes us on the Dukes and Western Highways, passing through the towns of Coonalpyn, Keith then on to Narracoorte for lunch (own cost). Boarding the coach we continue through Penola and Mt Gambier to Portland where we will be spending tonight at the Richmond Henty Motel/Hotel. Time to freshen up before dinner and retiring in your own time. (D)

Day 2
: Portland - Portland
This morning it’s time for the big kids, we take time out and visit Heywood’s old school house with its Model Train display. Multiple trains ranging from freight to high speed passenger trains rumble around the scenic setting, tunnels, farms, towns and the all-important rail yard then we pop over to the pioneer Wagon Shed and Museum, with a wealth of historical exhibits from past eras of the town and district, including a renovated old gaol building built in 1872. We make our way back into Portland and visit the maritime museum before its time to find a bite to eat. After lunch we enjoy a ride on the Portland Cable Tram. With a 7.4km route meandering along Portland’s spectacular foreshore finishing with a look at the tram museum. We have time for a drive out to Cape Bridgewater, passing Bridgewater Bay to view the Wind Farm, Petrified Forest and Blowholes before returning to the motel. (B D)
Day 3
: Portland - Warrnambool - Portland
This morning we board the coach and make our way to Port Fairy for a look around town. before we drop at the Port Fairy New Year’s Day Market is a major event held on January 1st, featuring over 90 stalls. Located at King George Square near Fishermen's Wharf, it offers local produce, crafts, food, and plants, often accompanied by Moyneyana Festival We have time for a wander and grab a bit to eat before traveling to Warrnambool and visiting the Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum. Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village is both a museum with Australia's richest shipwreck collection all contained in an 1870's village located on a state heritage listed overlooking Lady Bay. The village provide a glimpse into the maritime lifestyles and trades of the 1870's era, the peak of Australia's maritime heritage. Time to travel back to Portland with time to freshen up before dinner. (B D)
Day 4
: Portland - Keith - Adelaide
Time to farewell Portland and make our way home. After another country-cooked breakfast we pack the coach and travel to Penola to our morning tea stop then onto Keith for our lunch stop (own cost). Feeling refreshed we continue the journey back to Adelaide with comfort stops along the way. We return by approx. 5.30 pm and your chauffeured cars will be waiting. Here we say goodbye until we see each other on another tour. (B)
